Lesson notes

Rewriting fixed follow-up questions, from 7 to about 35 found in 40, but rewriting everything halved the error codes found, so the change did not join.

Decision rule

Rewrite a question only where tests show that kind of question fails. Rewrite follow-ups, not everything, and weigh the extra call against what it recovers.
